NAIAS 2016: Ford
The latest Ford GT, Raptor, and Fusion were on display in Detroit, but the 2016 Focus RS was our favorite. The all-wheel drive hot hatch will be arriving to US dealers soon, although they were sold out long ago. Exterior styling is relatively subtle compared to the performance it offers over a base Focus. The subtle but functional exterior styling cues could be easily missed on a more subdued color, although this Nitrous Blue does not exactly blend in. Only three other color options are available: Shadow Black, Frozen White, and Stealth Grey. The 2.3L EcoBoost turbocharged four is out of the Mustang, but it has been upgraded to 350 horsepower. And it will only be available with a 6-speed manual transmission.
NAIAS 2015: Ford
Ford surprised everyone in Detroit by unveiling an all-new GT to be put into production in 2016. A successor to the previous GT, which ceased production back in 2007, was not expected, and it was easily one of the biggest surprises of the show. It will be powered by a 3.5L EcoBoost V6.

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid Photo Gallery
The 2013 C-Max Hybrid shares much of its interior with the Escape, while the exterior looks like a Focus that gained some weight. It also has a large turning radius, turning some U-turns into three-point turns.
2013 Ford Edge Photo Gallery
The 2014 Ford Edge is unchanged from the 2013 model. This is still the first generation of the Edge, although it was given a facelift for 2011. Thankfully, there is a redesign coming soon. Ford has already shown off the future Edge concept, which shares the same basic design as the current model. The concept was shown at NAIAS in Detroit, and we have a few pics here in our Ford coverage of NAIAS.
The 2014 Ford Edge starts under $30,000, while the top-spec model can approach $50,000.
NAIAS 2014: Ford Takes Over Cobo
Ford’s display at Cobo Center was by far the largest of all automakers attending the Detroit show. The headliner was the all-new 2015 F-150, and their show floor was so large, they even brought in an assembly line to show the F-150 in various stages of production. With over 66,000 square feet of floor space, they still had plenty of room to give the Mustang a prominent display as well.
